Fire Arm Transfer Fee

If you purchase a firearm other than from Ad-Tek of Tallahassee, Inc., we will transfer the firearm or firearms ONLY if shipped from another dealer and only if that dealer transfers the firearm from their ATF Bound Book.  Firearms purchased from a private party can not be transferred to Adtek.  ATF will be notified of the unapproved transfer and the item will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense or turned over to ATF for disposition.

FEES

The fee to transfer 1 handgun and/or multiple long guns that do not exceed the Form 4473 single page limit is $25.00

The fee to transfer 2 or more handguns within a five day period is $50.00 provided the number of pistols do not exceed the Form 4473 single page limit.

Large quantity transfers will be quoted on a one-by-one basis.

NOTE: This is a secure site and the data is transferred only to the Adtek system so we can print out a form and have you sign it when you come in rather than having you fill it out at the front counter.  THIS WILL SAVE BOTH TIME AND DATA ENTRY ERRORS.  Please use this link for each gun you wish to purchase.  If you come in and change your mind, we can delete the application so there is NO DOWNSIDE to filling the form out on line.

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS USE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE AND INCLUDE THE DASHES WHEN FILLING OUT THE FORM!
